Who we are

Locally owned, and it shows in the work

WellBuilt Roofing is a locally owned roofing contractor serving Hummelstown. Our office is at 448 Walton Ave Ste 105, Hummelstown, PA 17036, a short drive from nearly every roof we work on. That matters when a leak starts on a Sunday night or a storm pulls shingles off a ridge. You are calling a neighbor, not a call center two states away.

Chris Harkins owns the company, and customers mention him by name in their reviews more than anything else. He comes out, gets on the roof, and explains what he sees in plain language. If a repair will carry the roof for years, he tells you. If it is time for a new one, he shows you why.

We keep the list of what we do short on purpose: roof repair, full replacement, gutters and inspections. Doing a few things well beats doing everything halfway.

What we care about

Three things we will not cut corners on

01

Honest recommendations

We check the shingles, flashing and gutters, then tell you what we would do if it were our house. Sometimes that means a small repair, sometimes it means leaving a roof alone for now. You make the call, and we respect it.

02

Clear communication

Questions get answered by text, email or phone, and quickly. Before install day you know when the crew arrives, what happens first and what to expect, so nothing about the day catches you off guard.

03

A clean, protected home

Tarps come on the truck in case the weather turns, and the crew does not leave until the yard and driveway are cleaned up. Your home should look better when we go, not messier.

The same steps on every job, whether it is a single leak or a whole new roof.

  2. 2

    We look closely

  3. 3

    A fair, free estimate

  4. 4

    Work and cleanup

The crew shows up on time, gets straight to work, and cleans the site before heading out.
