Four ways we help

One roofer for the whole roof line

A roof is more than shingles. It is the flashing around the chimney, the boots around the vent pipes, the drip edge and the gutters that carry water off the house. When one part fails, the rest usually feels it.

That is why we look at the whole picture before we recommend anything. Below is what we do, how we go about it, and where to read more about each service.

Roof Repair

Leaks stopped before they hit the ceiling. A brown ring on the drywall or a drip in the attic usually means water has been finding its way in for some time, and the earlier it is caught, the smaller the fix.

We trace the leak back to where it starts, often a lifted shingle, a cracked pipe boot or flashing that has pulled away from a chimney or wall, and repair that spot properly. If the problem points to something bigger, we tell you plainly.

Replacement

A new roof that matches the house. When shingles are curling, granules are collecting in the gutters, or the repairs keep adding up, replacing the roof is the honest answer.

We go over materials and colors with you, let you know well ahead what install day looks like, then tear off, dry in and finish the roof. Tarps come out if the weather turns, and the crew cleans the site before leaving.

Gutters

Water sent where it belongs. Gutters that sag, overflow or empty right at the foundation can rot fascia boards and push water toward the basement.

We check the pitch, the downspout placement and how the gutters meet the roof edge, then repair or replace what needs it so rain runs off the house and away from it.

Inspection

Know what you are dealing with before the storm. Buying a house, wondering how long the roof has left, or finding shingles in the yard, an inspection gives you facts instead of guesses.

  • Shingles and roof surface
  • Flashing at chimneys, walls and vents
  • Gutters and drainage

We walk you through what we found in plain language and give straightforward recommendations, even when the answer is to leave it alone for now.
