Roof Replacement
A new roof that matches the house, planned with you, installed by a crew that shows up on time and cleans up before they leave.
Price Your New Roof
Tell us a little about the house and the roof, and we will set up a time to come look.
A whole new roof, not a patch job
A replacement means the old roof comes off down to the deck. That matters, because the only way to know what is going on underneath tired shingles is to see it. Once the old layers are gone, the crew checks the decking, deals with anything soft or damaged, and dries the roof in before the new shingles go on.
From there it is careful, steady work: the underlayment, the edges, the flashing around chimneys, walls and vents, and finally the shingles themselves, laid straight and sealed. Flashing is where many roofs fail first, so it gets real attention instead of being reused out of habit.
Before any of that happens, we sit down with you. We go over colors and materials, look at how the roof should suit the house and the street, and answer your questions. You make the decisions. We give you advice and a fair price, and we respect what you choose.
When a repair stops making sense
Not every leak means a new roof. But when the whole surface is wearing out, fixing one spot just moves the problem a few feet over. These are the things we look for:
- Curling or cracked shingles. Edges lifting or cupping across large areas, not just in one corner.
- Granules in the gutters. When the gritty coating washes off, the shingles underneath are aging fast.
- Dark streaks, moss and staining. Roofs under heavy shade, like the one in this photo, hold moisture and wear unevenly.
- Repairs piling up. If you have called about leaks more than once in a few years, the roof is telling you something.
- Water stains inside. Ceiling spots or damp attic sheathing can mean water has been getting in for a while.
Not sure which side of the line you are on? Book an inspection and we will tell you honestly.

Is the estimate free?
Yes. We look at the roof, go over options and give you a price with no obligation.
How long does a replacement take?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof. Many homes are done in one day, and we tell you ahead of time what to expect.
What if it rains on install day?
The crew brings tarps so the house stays protected if a shower pops up, and work continues once it is safe.
Do I get to pick colors and materials?
Yes. We share advice and recommendations, but the choices are yours.
What about the mess?
A dumpster goes in the driveway for old material, and the crew cleans the site before leaving.
